Safaricom has introduced a new mobile app designed to simplify Sacco operations and enhance member experience.
The MySacco App offers a range of digital services, including account opening, loan management, and intra-Sacco transfers.
Safaricom’s Chief Enterprise Business Officer, Cynthia Kropac, emphasized the company’s commitment to supporting Saccos and promoting financial inclusion.
She stated that MySacco provides a secure and user-friendly platform for Saccos to serve their members more effectively.
“We have built a secure digital infrastructure that Saccos need. MySacco App is more than a platform. It is a tool that empowers Saccos to unlock their full potential and deliver exceptional services to their members. With MySacco, convenience meets
affordability, security, and financial inclusion to make a meaningful difference in people’s lives,” Ms Kropac said.
The app features a fully digitized loan process, from application to disbursement and repayment. Members can also manage multiple Sacco memberships and perform transfers between Saccos.
“In a fast-paced digital world, this infrastructure ensures the protection of data, maintains secure communication channels, and contributes to the overall satisfaction of the customer,” Ms Kropac added.

MySacco is available on various platforms, including Android and iOS mobile apps, a web portal, and USSD support.
