Applications are now open for the Women Techsters Fellowship Programme, a free, one-year initiative designed to equip young girls and women with in-demand technology skills.
The program aims to empower them with the knowledge and experience necessary to pursue successful careers in the tech industry.
The Women Techsters Fellowship Programme offers comprehensive training across a diverse range of tech disciplines, including:
- Cybersecurity
- DevOps
- Data Science and Engineering
- Product Design
- Product Management
- Mobile App Development
- Frontend and Backend Software Development
This highly competitive program selects only the top three percent of applicants. It is structured into two six-month phases:
- Phase 1: Focuses on intensive training in both technical and essential soft skills.
- Phase 2: Emphasizes practical application through internships, volunteering opportunities, freelancing, and entrepreneurship.
